The yurts can accommodate up to 14 people in total. Two of our yurts, Nutkin and Ginger & Pickles, sleep up to 6 people in one double bed and up to 4 single beds. Our smaller yurt, Puddleduck, accommodates 2 people in a king size bed.
When the full site is booked for one party then we do allow our guests to pitch tents to accommodate extra people over the 14 that the yurts can accommodate. Unless all three yurts are booked, we do not allow tents to be pitched. There is an extra charge per person per night, please contact us to add tents to your booking.
Each yurt has its own private bathroom and kitchenette so our guests can glamp isolated if they wish to do so. We have one wooden gazebo area and one wood fired hot tub that is shared between the three yurts and our main communal kitchen is shared if our guests need to have access to a toaster or microwave.
Yes, glamping with a hot tub is a must! We have one shared wood-fired hot tub between our three yurts. Use of the hot tub is included in the cost of your stay. Up to 6 people can be inside at any one time. The water in the tub is treated and we ask all guests to sanitize the touch points before and after use to keep the area safe.
No, we do not operate a booking schedule for the hot tub, it is available for the duration of your stay. We ask our guests to be respectful of our guests using it and follow our COVID-19 guidelines and house rules for using it.
Arrival is any time from 3pm and departure is 10.30am.
Yes, we have a large wooden gazebo area (3m x 6m). This is a communal area. All three benches from the yurts can fit in this area.
During the summer months, each yurt has its own private BBQ and tools. Guests just need to supply coal.
Yes, there is a firepit on site for guests to use. Wood can be purchased for use on site. We ask that you do not bring your own firepits with you.
Yes, we do. Our site suits group bookings that enjoy relaxing and chatting around the campfire, rather than lively parties. Please just refer to our Terms and Conditions with regards to noise levels, hot tub usage and decorations.
Yes, we do. We allow up to 2 dogs per yurt at an extra cost of £5 per night per dog. These can be added when booking your stay via the website.
Yes, we are. Children love the space that we have to explore and play games. We have plenty of local walks nearby for families to enjoy and a great activity is watching the cattle on the farm! We also know a number of local attractions suitable for families to visit.
